## Tasks
* Customer service to both active and potential customers
* Handle incomeing calls, chats and emails related to:
* Payments
* Invoices and reminders
* Plan or contract changes
* Complains
* Retention, etc.
## Requirements
* Secondary school or higher education level required
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English both written and spoken
* Experience in customer service roles within contact center environment for at least 6 months
* Good computer skills
* Ability to communicate professionally, enthusiastically
* Solution-oriented.
* Quick learner with the capacity to process information efficiently.
* Independent worker who enjoys challenges and maintains focus on customer satisfaction.
