Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, results driven, and client focused Sales Executive to support business growth, client acquisition, and relationship management within the BPO industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, promoting BPO service solutions, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BPO sector.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital outreach, and client engagement activities.
  • Promote BPO services to potential clients across relevant industries.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through consistent follow up and conversion.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update progress regularly.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable BPO service solutions.
  • Provide a professional and consultative sales experience to clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify further business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen trust and engagement.

Sales Presentations and Proposals

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, service proposals, and business pitches.
  • Clearly explain service benefits, pricing structures, and value propositions to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information for proposals.
  • Support negotiations and assist in closing business deals successfully.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or customer relationship management.
  • Experience in the BPO, outsourcing, IT services, customer service, or corporate sales industry will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and understand business requirements.
  • Self motivated, goal oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Professional personality with strong confidence and a positive attitude.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and follow ups.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
    Ability to work in a target driven environment.
