About the opportunity
We are seeking a commercially minded Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our Corporate Markets / Investor Relations team.
You’ll act as a trusted relationship lead for a portfolio of high-profile listed and financial markets clients, supporting their investor relations objectives while delivering premium service and identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders (including CEOs and executive teams), combining strong client service with account management and a light commercial focus.
About the role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are anticipated and delivered to a consistently high standard.
You’ll operate at the intersection of client service, relationship management, and commercial growth—bringing a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to navigate a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Acting as the primary point of contact, managing expectations and service delivery
- Leading client meetings and proactively identifying opportunities to add value
- Supporting account planning, fee discussions, and service agreement management
- Identifying and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities through strong product knowledge
- Managing key client projects, including investor communications and AGM-related activities
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery across all client touchpoints
- Monitoring client activity, queries, and reporting to ensure service levels are met
- Contributing to client retention and long-term relationship growth
About you
You’re a confident, commercially aware relationship manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys working with sophisticated financial markets clients.
You’ll likely bring:
- Experience in client relationship management, account management, or client services
- Exposure to listed markets, investor relations, or financial services
- Strong financial literacy and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite
- A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- High attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
- A collaborative, team-first approach
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning about clients, products, and market dynamics
Experience in registry services, corporate markets, or adjacent financial services environments will be highly regarded.
