As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your work is focused on addressing unique business requirements, continuously refining software to enhance performance and adaptability within dynamic project settings.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate existing software components to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Document development processes and solutions to maintain clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and their application within software solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and contribute effectively to iterative project cycles.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems and applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
