Your Role & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms.
- Handle pre-sales questions, general inquiries, and technical support cases.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice in both private interactions and public customer channels.
- Identify and escalate complex technical or account issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
- Collaborate with backend technicians and support teams to efficiently resolve open help tickets.
- Manage an individual ticket queue autonomously while following management guidelines.
- Review help center content and provide actionable feedback for internal documentation improvements.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Minimum of C1 level in Dutch alongside a good command of English (B2 level).
- Technical Aptitude: Strong PC skills and comfort navigating modern support systems and digital environments.
- Core Competencies: Fast decision-maker with a proactive, positive outlook and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility: Available to work flexible hours and rotational calendar days to match operational needs.
- Experience (Advantage): Previous experience in a Customer Service (CS) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting is preferred.
Shifts & Working Hours
- Schedule: Full-time hours operating on flexible shift rotations based on project operational hours.
Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
- Base Salary: €1,406 Gross per month (paid across 12 months).
- Performance Bonus: Monthly performance-based incentive of up to €120.
- Meal Allowance: €7.23 (Net) per working day.
- Transport Allowance: €20 per month.

Relocation Support
- For Candidates Outside Portugal:
- Sourcing and placement in a room within a company-managed apartment in Lisbon for 12 months at a fixed, subsidized cost of €280 per month (deducted directly from your salary).
- Reimbursement of your inbound flight ticket up to €400 (paid out on the 6th month of employment).
- For Candidates Inside Portugal:
- The accommodation option is strictly reserved for applicants transitioning directly to the company from an immediate industry competitor.
