Job Opportunity only available for professionals located in Latin America.

We're seeking an AI Engineer to build an enterprise-grade AI-powered IT Help Desk Automation platform. The solution will leverage AWS Bedrock Agents and enterprise system integrations to automate ticket triage, intelligent routing, access provisioning, and IT support workflows.

This role is ideal for engineers with experience building agentic AI systems, workflow automation, and secure integrations with enterprise identity management platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • Native Portuguese and/or Spanish language.
  • Advanced English level (B2/C1/C2) to ensure fluent communication with the customer and across teams.
  • +5 years of experience in AI Engineering, with strong Python development experience.
  • Experience building AI applications using AWS Bedrock.
  • Experience with:
  1. AWS Lambda
  2. AWS Step Functions
  3. REST API development and integration
  • Experience working with identity management systems and authentication protocols.
  • Familiarity with enterprise workflow automation.
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock Agents, Action Groups, and Guardrails.
  • Experience integrating KACE APIs.
  • Experience integrating Okta APIs.
  • Experience integrating Azure AD or Microsoft Graph APIs.
  • Experience building AI copilots or agentic systems.
  • Knowledge of ITSM and help desk operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI agents using AWS Bedrock.
  • Develop Bedrock Action Groups to automate IT support actions.
  • Configure Bedrock Guardrails to ensure security, compliance, and operational safety.
  • Build serverless workflows using AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions.

Develop integrations with:

  1. KACE Service Desk
  2. Okta
  3. Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)

Automate:

  1. Ticket classification and prioritization
  2. Ticket routing and escalation
  3. User access requests and approvals
  4. Identity and access management workflows
  • Design and consume REST APIs for enterprise systems.
  • Monitor and optimize AI agent performance and workflow reliability.
