Role Overview
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support international customers across Dutch and UK markets. You will handle inbound queries, provide assistance with service-related issues, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in Portugal due to contract and operational requirements. The role follows a shift-based schedule with 24/7 coverage, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer support requests via phone, email, or chat
Assist customers with account and service-related inquiries
Deliver high-quality support in Dutch and English
Accurately log customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow internal procedures and service standards
Escalate complex cases to relevant teams
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)
Basic computer and CRM tool proficiency
Customer-first mindset and problem-solving ability
Previous customer service experience is a plus
