About the Role
Support senior leadership where your coordination keeps programs moving. You’ll manage priorities, prepare high level documents, streamline processes and provide trusted executive support across a fast-paced health environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate executive schedules and competing priorities
• Prepare reports, briefs and meeting papers
• Support process review and continuous improvement
• Manage enquiries and stakeholder communications
• Assist data collection, analysis and minor projects
About You
You are a proactive and highly organised Executive Officer who thrives in complex, fast paced environments and brings sound judgement, initiative and professionalism.
• Support senior leaders with executive level coordination tasks
• Prepare reports, briefs and complex correspondence
• Manage competing priorities under pressure and deadlines
• Use Microsoft Office with advanced accuracy and speed
• Work independently while contributing to team outcomes
