As a Salesforce Revenue Accounting- Sr. Associate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance their business processes and drive revenue growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex client environments, fostering meaningful relationships and anticipating client needs to deliver impactful solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, guiding and mentoring junior team members while maintaining professional standards. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow and enhance your personal brand.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of Salesforce consulting, using your technical strengths to analyze complex concepts and interpret feedback. You will uphold professional standards and respond effectively to diverse perspectives, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies and client solutions.

Responsibilities

- Managing Salesforce Service Cloud implementations to enhance client support capabilities
- Developing and optimizing business processes through Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning
- Leading the integration of enterprise software solutions to streamline operations
- Collaborating with teams to design innovative technology solutions and drive project architecture
- Conducting requirements elicitation and business process modeling to align with client needs
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and technology integration
- Creating and delivering training materials to facilitate user adoption and system utilization
- Utilizing analytical thinking to assess and improve IT infrastructure and application software
- Engaging in project budgeting and systems project management to meet organizational goals
- Embracing emerging technologies to foster creativity and drive technology innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
- Implementing technology solutions in client-facing environments
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within technology consulting projects
