Open Positions:

• Customer Support Agent: Provide assistance via phone, email, or chat. Help resolve customer inquiries and ensure a smooth, positive experience.
• Content Moderator: Review and monitor digital content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines. Take action when necessary to maintain a safe online environment.

Requirements:

• French at C1 level and English at B1-B2 level
• EU citizenship
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in support or moderation is a plus
• Willingness to relocate
