General Purpose of Job : The Intermediate Application Systems Analyst independently manages application configurations, troubleshoots complex issues, and collaborates with end-users. This role focuses on improving application functionality, supporting upgrades, and managing medium-scale optimizations. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Education : High school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of application analysis experience OR Associates degree computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 3 years of application analysis experience OR Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 1 year of application analysis experience. Experience : Required: Must have experience in application troubleshooting, configurations, and support Preferred: Ideal candidate will have experience in application support or IT analysis Skills Abilities : Ability to manage technical tasks independently. Strong collaboration skills with end-users and IT teams Essential Duties : This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Team members may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position. Configure and maintain application systems to ensure efficient functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, supporting end-users in a clinical or operational environment. Evolve skills in vendor relationship and management. Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and document workflow improvements. Collaborate with operations to leverage application functionality and optimize workflows. Collaborate with and manage vendor issues as needed.
