Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Education : High school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of application analysis experience OR Associates degree computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 3 years of application analysis experience OR Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 1 year of application analysis experience. Experience : Required: Must have experience in application troubleshooting, configurations, and support Preferred: Ideal candidate will have experience in application support or IT analysis Skills Abilities : Ability to manage technical tasks independently.
