Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Field-Based Role for a Full-time position.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, The Regional Sales Manager – Ontario based, is a field-first leadership role responsible for driving sales, strengthening retail partnerships, and leading a team of Sales & Education Specialists. This is a highly visible role that requires hands-on leadership in store environments across the region.
The ideal candidate will be a recognized expert and trusted partner to Beauty Advisors (BAs), Retail Management, and key stakeholders. They will actively support and coach the field team, ensuring flawless execution, strong customer engagement, and achievement of sales goals.
Through in-store presence, leadership by example, and strong business acumen, the Regional Sales Manager will drive growth, elevate our brand experience, and foster an engaged and high-performing field team.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide positive, inspiring leadership to the Sales & Education Specialists
- Spend the majority of time in the field: in stores, with teams, with partners, and with BAs
- Build strong relationships with Retail Operations leaders, Store Managers, and BAs
- Be a visible expert for our brands and products, becoming a “go-to” partner in the region
- Coach and develop the team through regular in-store visits, feedback, and mentorship
- Ensure consistent brand execution, merchandising standards, and education delivery
- Drive achievement and surpassing of sales targets across the province
- Conduct regular business reviews with Retail Partners and internal stakeholders
- Lead territory planning to maximize sales growth by region, territory, and door
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to optimize execution and results
- Foster a high-performance culture within the field team

Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively across Ontario (field travel expectations: ~70%-80%)
- Proven success in a field-based leadership role, within the beauty industry
- Strong experience working with retail partners and Beauty Advisors
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and deliver results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for being in the field — this is not a head-office-based role
- Ability to analyze business performance and adapt strategies accordingly
- A collaborative team player who contributes to broader sales and education objectives
