Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications to meet business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews, contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of the software applications, and ensure compliance with security and compliance requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5 years of relevant work experience in the software development industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions

Other Qualifications:
• Certification as a CERTIFIED FUNCTION POINT SPECIALIST (CFPS) at the Expert level, with a strong understanding of functional size measurement and its application in software development
• Certification in AGILE BUSINESS ANALYSIS at the Expert level, with experience in agile methodologies and business analysis principles
• Strong understanding of program management principles, with the ability to apply these principles to software development projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile and waterfall approaches
• Strong understanding of software development tools and technologies, including programming languages, development frameworks, and testing tools.
