Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Manage customer orders (domestic and export) in compliance with policy, including order entry, confirmation, invoicing, and follow-up until delivery.
• Ensure accurate documentation and resolve any issues related to order processing.
• Process credit notes and debit notes associated with sales orders or customer complaints.
• Coordinate and handle customer complaints and service cases linked to sales orders.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
• Provide problem-solving and continuous support throughout the order-to-delivery cycle.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree (no specific major fields required)
• 2-3years' experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain of business to business
• Knowledge in domestic and international trade
• Knowledge of MS Office tools
• Knowledge in SAP.
• Highly collaborative and team player
• Cross cultural awareness

How Would You Stand Out?

• Fluent business Japanese/ Chinese/ English communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• English communication skill will be plus
• Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization。
