What we're looking for
Our Most Valuable Player:
You are a career starter with less than one year of professional tech experience (curricular internships or experience in other sectors won't count against you!).
We welcome diverse academic backgrounds: Engineering, STEM, Tech Reskilling Programs, and beyond.
Genuine passion for technology with an eagerness to learn and grow.
You don't need to be an AI expert, but you must be incredibly curious about how AI is transforming tech and product development. We want players eager to explore, experiment, and use AI as an on-pitch teammate to amplify output.
You have a responsible technology mindset and care about building safely and ethically.
Strong critical thinking is non-negotiable. You question things, solve problems strategically, and see the bigger picture.
You are highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive when the game moves fast.
Full English proficiency is essential.
You play as part of the team, understanding that winning together beats winning alone.
