Job Description:

  • Developing and executing test plans for the exploration of a variety of features, implementing automated tests for agentic AI flows.
  • Analysis of functional and non-functional requirements. Validate end-to-end AI-driven design and verification workflows across RTL generation, testbench creation, regression, debugging, and auto-fix loops.
  • Collaborate with R&D to define validation strategies and quality metrics.
  • Reproduce, isolate, and root-cause complex cross-domain bugs.
  • Provide actionable feedback to product and R&D teams to improve agent intelligence, robustness, and user experience.
  • Validate cloud and on-prem deployments, ensuring scalability, security, and reproducibility of AI workflows.
  • Participate in early customer evaluations by validating real customer deployments  

Requirements:

  • Complete Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, etc.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment with good Version Control knowledge (Git)
  • Familiarity with Python for test development, automation, and data analysis.
  • Strong interest in AI-driven systems and enthusiasm for working in a fast-evolving technology landscape.
  • Deep commitment to software quality, robustness, and reliability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.

 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of performance and API tests.
  • Knowledge of hardware description languages such as SystemVerilog, Verilog.
  • Understanding of verification methodologies (UVM, formal verification)
  • Experience in EDA industry/tools.
