Our Marketing & Cash Management Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Sales Manager.
In this role you will be tasked to sell the Bank's cash management solutions to the appropriate target customers in close coordination with the CBG RMs, RBG RHs, DHs and Store Managers/Sales Officers.

What the role will entail

• Support sales teams with cash management strategies and market insights
• Drive usage and performance of assigned cash management products
• Generate client demand through diagnostic customer engagements
• Lead client presentations and manage proposal development
• Conduct internal product briefings and seminars
• Gather client feedback and coordinate product enhancements

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking or related fields
• 1–2 years of experience in a related role or industry
• Background in Banking and Financial, Corporate Finance/Investment, Sales-Corporate, Sales-Financial Services, Marketing, Business Development, Industry Advertising, Media, PR Events, Banking, Consumer Goods/FMCG, Financial Technology, Fintech, Information Technology, Telecommunications
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and assess data
• High emotional intelligence and customer‑focused mindset
