**_agap2_** is a European engineering services company founded in 2005 and specialized in the industry. We work in the Railway, Aviation, Aerospace, Semiconductors, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Transportation, and Information Technology sectors.
## Tasks
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and oversee technical projects across the entire lifecycle, from concept through delivery and validation.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and procurement.
* Ensure compliance with relevant rail industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
* Act as a technical interface with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
* Prepare and deliver technical documentation, status reports, and presentations for management and customers.
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
## Requirements
**Qualifications & Skills:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proven track record in technical project management in the rail or transportation industry is required.
* Strong understanding of complex technical systems and integration processes.
* Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style with strong leadership qualities.
