Position Overview:
We are searching for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to assist with customer interactions and support daily operational processes at Sparkbit 360 in Washington, DC. This role works closely with team members to ensure inquiries are handled efficiently, records are maintained accurately, and customers receive a high level of service.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service requests
Assist with tracking and resolving customer issues or concerns
Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients and visitors
Communicate updates or service-related information with internal teams
Support administrative and operational tasks as needed
