1. In charge of accurately completing forms, reviewing, and validating the pertinent data surrounding remittance transactions.
2. Using the online system, keep track of all consumer interactions and location data.
3. Responsible in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
4. Coordinate with banks and agencies affiliated with the company.
5. Ensure strict adherence to all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
6. Participate in team meetings and activities, promote team spirit and cohesiveness.
7. Participate in Weekly Calibration and Quality monitoring activities.
8. Demonstrate adherence to Core Standards of Behavior.
9. Process modification and/or cancellation of transaction based on customers’ request.
10. Ensure that the quality processes are being met consistently.
11. Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or manager on the daily basis
