What will be your main responsibilities?
The Manager, Talent Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving employee and leadership development programs and tools, ensuring alignment with the enterprise talent strategy defined by the Senior Manager.
This role focuses on building scalable development solutions that enhance employee growth, strengthen capabilities, and support career progression across the organization. It oversees core development frameworks and tools such as mentoring, coaching, assessments, skills/competency models, and career pathing.
The Manager partners closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Centers of Excellence to ensure effective adoption and impact of development programs, leveraging data, technology, and insights to continuously enhance the employee development experience.
The main activities are:
Development Programs & Portfolio Management
Lead the design and management of employee and leadership development programs (e.g., mentoring, coaching, job rotations, assessments). Ensure alignment with talent strategy, scalability across regions, and consistent governance and execution.
Development Frameworks, Tools, Capability Building
Own and evolve key development frameworks and tools, including competency models, skills inventories, and career pathing. Ensure alignment with business capability needs and integration with performance and talent processes.
Vendor & Program Effectiveness Management
Manage external vendors (coaching, assessments, development partners), ensuring quality, consistency, and measurable impact. Track program effectiveness using defined metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Leverage data and analytics to measure program effectiveness, identify development gaps, and recommend improvements. Support reporting and insights generation for talent reviews and development outcomes.

Advanced English
Strong experience in:
Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources
Talent data, process, tools and vendor management
Proven track record in:
Designing and delivering enterprise-wide talent programs
Leading cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders
Knowledge, Skill, Abilities:
Talent Expertise: Deep knowledge of development, succession planning, performance and career development processes, with the ability to align strategies with execution plan
Advanced Program & Analytical Skills: Strong capability in managing complex initiatives, synthesizing talent needs into frameworks, and applying a product mindset to drive continuous improvement.
Influence & Collaboration: Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead programs and multiple stakeholders
