Description
Take responsibility as one of two Reliability Engineers managing Air Separation, CO2, and Hydrogen facilities in the North Region Work closely with reliability and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset concerns and reliability threats Analyze data from multiple sources to recommend and justify lifecycle cost and reliability improvement activities Lead Root Cause Analysis processes for major failures to prevent recurrence Assist in engineering, design, specification, and execution of projects to optimize reliability and operability Review and update Standard Maintenance Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures Develop and support Reliability Assessments for facilities and equipment Utilize continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma to enhance reliability Lead reliability programs and initiatives to improve asset performance Assist with critical spare parts identification and Bill of Materials creation for key assets Balance office and field work with a strong sense of urgency and integrity Travel domestically approximately 20-25% of the time and be accessible during off-hours as needed Thrive in a team that values diversity and inclusion, bringing your unique perspective to collaborative problem-solving
