Description
The Marketing Operations Assistant in Kerakoll Hellas coordinates and supports Kerakoll product-related information, marketing tools, and brand assets, while also assisting in the planning and execution of corporate, sales, product marketing, and customer events.
The role contributes to the consistency, accuracy, and alignment of product information, Kerakoll brand identity, and communication across systems, platforms, markets, and live touchpoints.
The Marketing Operations Assistant will report to the Brand & Communications function and serves as a key operational link connecting the team with Product Marketing, Sales, and external partners. It supports the day-to-day execution of product marketing activities, as well as brand initiatives and stakeholder events.
Product Information & Marketing Operations
- Coordinate the alignment of product information across all channels (PIM, catalogues, packaging, digital platforms)
- Support the production, update, and distribution of marketing materials and tools (e.g. price lists, leaflets, branded gadgets)
- Contribute to product launches in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Event Coordination & Execution
- Support planning and delivery of corporate, sales, and customer events
- Coordinate logistics, suppliers, materials, and on-site execution
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners
Brand Alignment & Administrative Support
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across materials and events
- Review content for accuracy and alignment
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and cost monitoring
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in product marketing support, brand communications, or event coordination, ideally in manufacturing or building materials
Good exposure to marketing and/or event coordination in an operational environment
Fluency in Greek & English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with PIM systems and/or graphic design tools is an asset
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
