In this role, you have the opportunity to
deploy the Personal Health distribution presence in the assigned key accounts.
represent Philips and promote Philips Personal Care Products (Male Grooming, Beauty, Sonicare).
The role is based in Almaty.
You are responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining effective working relations with customers of Philips PH.
- Ensuring monthly / quarterly / annual fulfillment sales plan (sell-in & sell-out) of respective product categories. Ensuring In house share plan per target category, ensure visibility KPI (product matrix)
- Ensuring timely customers' orders submission and control execution in agreed volume and due time.
- Solving issues related to the customers’ finance discipline, avoiding overdue cases.
- Developing customers’ Terms & Conditions for respective product categories, agree them with clients according to set timelines, timely correct and adapt T&C to the market situation.
- Participating in development and ensure implementation of agreed marketing and trade marketing activities in close cooperation with the customers in order to increase sell out.
- Creating optimized portfolio of respective product categories for each sales
- Increasing Philips products and brand visibility in retail by means of merchandising, optimization of display and shelf space; ensure fast and efficient distribution.
- Ensure regular coverage of key accounts’ stores by field force, control their activities and analyze reporting; conduct point of sales visits on a regular basis.
- Develop and set targets for Promo Army for respective product categories based on sell-out target.
- Develop, update and maintain customers’ database; collect available market information about customers and competitors’ activities and plans; provide standard reports on a regular basis adhering to deadlines.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Min. 2 yearof professional experience in sales
- University degree.
- Drivers License.
- Solid knowledge of English is a must.
- Professional negotiations skills.
- Strong communicator - good presentation skills.
- Organized – ability to consistently deliver on time, with quality
