Kroll’s Decision Intelligence Services provides seamless analytical advisory through the deal continuum, from transaction origination to closing.
We are seeking a Vice President to establish and lead our Manila-based team as part of the regional expansion of Decision Intelligence. This role will be responsible for building and scaling Data, Analytics, and AI capabilities across global markets.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data analytics and AI-led services and solutions, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, text analytics and Python programming.
This, being a core client facing delivery role, offers global exposure of working with other Kroll colleagues, across industries and competencies, with interesting client interactions and opportunities for medium- and long-term career progression.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build, scale, and lead global Data, Analytics, and AI teams, providing thought leadership, mentoring, and quality oversight
Drive AI‑led solutions using advanced ML, GenAI, LLMs, automation, and large‑scale data platforms
Develop industry‑specific analytics offerings across financial services, consumer, retail, and healthcare
Lead mid‑to‑large analytics engagements, identifying value creation opportunities
Own end‑to‑end deal delivery, ensuring high‑quality execution across regions
Drive go‑to‑market strategy, client pursuits, demos, and senior stakeholder engagement
Translate business needs into scalable, data‑driven insights and optimization models
Act as a techno‑functional bridge across business, finance, and technology teams
Bring strong financial, analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a proactive, adaptable mindset
Driving thought leadership to design and build automation tools that accelerate due diligence, data-driven insights, and optimization models embedded within service delivery
Direct client engagement both on pre-sales activities, competitive pursuit / presentation situations and client engagement delivery.

A strong work initiative, high-energy level, and ability to adapt to new challenges and concepts, including a proactive approach and capacity to perform multiple workstreams and tasks
A desire and ability to travel while working within the transaction advisory, financial accounting advisory and mergers and acquisition-oriented environment
Strong financial, accounting, analytical and communication skills, facilitating clear and concise messaging to teammates, clients and other technology personnel
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated experience setting up, scaling, and leading client‑facing offshore analytics / AI delivery units, operating in a global delivery model
Strong people leadership track record, including mentoring teams and scaling analytics practices
Excellent client‑facing, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
12–16 years of experience delivering AI, GenAI, and ML solutions across industries, including 4+ years with NLP, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks
Strong expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting, optimization, and large‑scale data analytics
Proven experience in M&A and transaction advisory, including due diligence, value creation, and post‑merger phases
Deep hands‑on experience with Python and cloud‑based analytics platforms (Azure preferred), including Azure Cognitive Services; exposure to BI tools a plus
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from tier 1 college (Master’s in Business / domain would be nice to have)
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and client relationships skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to travel, as needed
Supervisory experience, willingness to mentor team members and contribute towards scaling up the practice.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Should have in depth understanding on one more industry / sectors and associated KPIs from a transaction lens; across the entire deal life cycle
Analyzing cyclicality of target’s business and working capital trends
Analyzing quality of earnings and non-recurring items
Able to run business performance management techniques including financial reporting, scenario and optimization models
Participating in discussions held with Management to determine data analytics, AI needs, data requests and potential impacts on the buy-side/sell-side diligence process, as well as prospective on-going projects
