Job Summary:
We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join our team who will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business strategies, goals and requirements. The ideal candidates will have a rich experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering results. The Business Analysts will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and perform detailed requirements analysis, document processing, and identify areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze business strategies, goals and requirements to create effective business solutions.
• Document and validate existing project requirements scattered across many files and formats.
• Create from scratch workflow charts and diagrams to represent the current and future state of business processes.

• Plan, coordinate and validate business requirements with various teams.

• Suggest business trends to the Product Owner for new and existing features.

• Develop detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules.

• Participate in all agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

• Help guide the product vision to the future with constant research, analysis and innovative ideas.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and identify innovative solutions.
• Ability to use ChatGPT effectively.

Added bonus if any:

• Experience in a non-IT background.
• Experience in the e-commerce domain.
