POSITION | The Department of Computer Science at CSUF invites applications for its Instructional Student Assistant Research Pool. Research assistants support faculty-led research projects in areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, software engineering, and data science. The ideal candidate will collaborate with faculty and student researchers to conduct literature reviews, collect and analyze data, develop software tools or prototypes, and assist with preparing research findings for publication or presentation. *APPLICANTS MUST BE RECOMMENDED BY AN INSTRUCTOR IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR THE POSITON. COMPENSATION | All Instructional Student Assistant appointments are made under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the CSU system and the United Auto Workers. Initial appointments are for one semester only. Classification Range: $17.86 - $23.84 per hour |
