Position Responsibilities:
- Monitor emails, system alerts, and tickets to support timely identification, investigation, and escalation of issues
- Assist in troubleshooting and analysis of application and automation (RPA) issues across front-end and back-end components
- Support production incident management, including tracking, documentation, and follow-up activities
- Help maintain and monitor automation workflows, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Collaborate with development teams to support issue resolution, bug fixes, and minor enhancements under guidance
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
Required Qualifications:
- Currently taking up bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related courses
- Enrolled in an internship program under an MBPS Campus Partner
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of application support, software systems, or troubleshooting concepts
- Basic awareness of ITIL concepts such as incident, problem, and change management
- Familiarity with automation, monitoring, ticketing, or support tools is an advantage
