Position: Customer Service Representative – German & English

Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in German and English via phone, email, and live chat

Requirements
Advanced level German (C1 or above) and at least upper-intermediate English (B2 or above)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Disciplined, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
