Description

What you´ll do Own sales performance, margin and overall account health across assigned EU marketplaces for our General Manufacturing and Maintenance business in Adhesive Technologies. Monitor and improve operational performance under Amazon 1P, proactively managing chargebacks, shortage claims, logistics compliance and vendor scorecard metrics in close alignment with Supply Chain and Logistics teams Lead performance discussions with platform partners, managing funding, promotions and commercial alignment. Identify and resolve performance blockers impacting availability, pricing, visibility and buy box ownership. Coordinate visual and written content development with local marketing teams. Create, optimize and maintain product listings across EU markets, ensuring digital shelf excellence and SEO visibility. Coordinate advertising campaigns in line with EU strategy and agency partners. Monitor and optimize campaign performance across ROAS, CTR, CVR and TACOS. Onboard additional platforms and collaborate with local Channel teams managing smaller local eCom accounts Support structured portfolio roll-outs and new product launches across platforms
