POSITION SUMMARY:

The Corporate Accounting Manager will oversee our general accounting operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. This position will play a key role in managing the monthly and annual close processes, overseeing the preparation of consolidated financial statements, supporting audits, and providing strategic financial insights to drive operational efficiency.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the preparation of divisional and consolidated financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP
  • Lead and coordinate the monthly and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards
  • Manage general ledger functions and monthly account reconciliations; ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Prepare and review key financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the annual audit process; coordinate with external auditors and prepare supporting documentation
  • Provide financial analysis and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across departments
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, enhance expense control, and reduce costs
  • Leverage accounting and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Vena, MS Office Suite) to improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of staff accountants, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 5–7 years of experience in public accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
  • Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and process optimization
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
