Our ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work onmultiple projects. Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive and fun environment!

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as Project Manager for highway-oriented projects
  • Manage and serve as mentor to Highway Design Department staff
  • Assist with preparing workload and budget projections
  • Perform Business Development activities including attending marketing meetings with various agencies and attending professional society events
  • Review Requests for Proposals and perform assessment of project pursuit strategies
  • Prepare technical and price proposals
  • Manage project schedules and budgets
  • Assist with Quality Control/Quality Assurance Reviews

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience
  • NJ PE License
  • Previous experience with NJDOT, NJTPK, and/or NJTPA
  • Experience working on County Projects, DRPA and DRJTBC is a bonus
  • Served as a Project Manager or Highway Task Leader
  • Willing to attend marketing events
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Driver’s License

Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000
