Lecturer of Accounting

About the Role:

One HR Hub is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lecturer of Accounting to join the faculty of a prestigious university in Phnom Penh. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality lectures and course materials in accounting.
• Engage students through interactive and innovative teaching methods.
• Evaluate and grade students' assignments, exams, and projects.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
• Stay current with developments in the field of accounting and integrate new knowledge into teaching practices.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching accounting at the university level.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in Accounting or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
• Experience with online teaching platforms and technology-enhanced learning.
