Main Responsibilities
- Manage cash register operations, including opening, closing, and reconciliation
- Review and comment on relevant reports using internal tools
- Complete after-sales service files through desktop applications
- Prepare products for repair shipments and follow up with customers accordingly
- Handle customer service tasks, including order sourcing, validation, and customer notifications
- Process remote sales payments and ensure customer follow-up
- Order, track, and distribute staff uniforms
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer service required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English required; French is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer applications and digital tools
