This includes planning promotional activities, coordinating materials and communications, engaging with speakers, managing logistics and evaluating results. This required close alignment with our business development teams. Thought Leadership Content Development You’ll collaborate with scientific and commercial experts to coordinate and develop content that positions us as trusted partners in the life sciences community. This includes creating or commissioning articles, case studies, presentations and white papers that reflect audience needs and industry challenges. Compliance Brand Governance You’ll manage marketing materials through internal review processes, ensuring everything complies with brand standards, regulatory guidelines and approval workflows. You’ll play an active role in maintaining high quality and consistency across all outputs. Data-Driven Marketing Using insights from our CRM, digital analytics and campaign tracking, you’ll monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements. You’ll contribute to post-campaign reports, highlighting ROI and identifying optimisation opportunities for future activity. Agency Vendor Management You’ll brief external partners clearly, manage deliverables and timelines and ensure high quality and value. You’ll act as a key point of coordination between agencies, internal teams, and stakeholders. Market Intelligence You'll proactively monitor the competitive landscape, staying current with industry trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities. You'll identify potential issues early and recommend solutions that keep us ahead.
