Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Role description

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for account management, lead generation, sales, customer service, and sales operations on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, trends, and customer feedback

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales operations and customer service processes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Service

  • Strong Lead Generation and Sales skills

  • Solid understanding of Sales Operations and pipeline management

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience in the financial or insurance industry is a strong plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
