Identify Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Securing Orders: Secure orders for repeat business and simple new orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Support Sales Engineers: Assist sales engineers by setting up meetings with prospective customers and providing them with necessary information and support. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales colleagues to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve services, and sales processes. Training and Development: Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services, as well as sales techniques and industry best practices.
