E-Invoicing Project Manager – Dubai (Onsite)

12 Month Contract | Up to 33,000 AED per month

A leading regional organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a statutory e-Invoicing implementation across UAE and Oman as part of an Oracle to SAP transformation programme.

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on regulatory compliance, ERP integration and go-live execution.

Key Requirements (Please review before applying)

You are currently based in Dubai
You are able to work 5 days per week onsite
You have proven experience delivering statutory e-Invoicing implementations (e.g. ZATCA or similar government portal mandates)
You hold a valid UAE visa and are set up to operate as a contractor (B2B)

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end e-Invoicing implementation
Manage ERP integration (Oracle SAP environment)
Coordinate tax authority connectivity and compliance
Support testing, cutover and post go-live activities
Work closely with Finance, IT and Tax stakeholders

Experience Required

Strong Project Delviery experience
Hands-on experience delivering e-Invoicing or digital tax implementations
Exposure to government portal compliance (e.g. ZATCA or similar)
ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar)
Strong stakeholder management skills

Location: Dubai (onsite, 5 days per week)
Contract: 12 months
Rate: Up to 33,000 AED per month
