Position Title: Co-op – Data & Reporting Analyst
Reports To: Director, Data Practices & Insights
Department: Impact
Term: Temporary Full-Time, Four (4) Month Contract
Work Term: Sep 2, 2025 – Dec 19, 2025

Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.

What you will be doing:

  • Elicit and understand reporting requirements to generate business insights for users
  • Review/assess any existing reports for data usage to create a common data set
  • Create reports in Power BI, improving efficiency where possible
  • Document reports created, including the data and any calculations
  • Participate in communicating/socializing developed reports while sharing insights
  • Assist with additional change management, documentation, and communication tasks

What you will bring:

  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program that includes a Co-operative (Co-op) work component
  • Knowledge of data management and reporting techniques, experience with Power BI is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
