What You’ll Do

  • Provide top-quality support to our English-speaking customers via phone and email
  • Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities
  • Log and track cases accurately in our internal systems
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate across shifts to keep everything running seamlessly

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Near-native skills in English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — even in busy moments
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel & Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a can-do attitude matter most

Working hours: full time, 40 hours per week in rotational shifts, flexibly. Shifts can be organized to suit your needs and can be of different length each day as long as the weekly target is met. Apply to learn more!
