DKV Euro Service B.V., based in Noordwijkerhout, offers complete mobility solutions for the business market in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you play an important role in the onboarding process for new customers. You proactively contact prospects and new customers to collect missing information, such as SEPA authorisations or financial guarantees. With your customer-friendly and commercial approach, you ensure that customers are activated quickly and smoothly. You directly contribute to a shorter onboarding time and higher customer satisfaction (NPS). You will work closely with the Inside Sales team and the Finance team and take initiative in helping potential customers, answering questions, and identifying opportunities. You report to the Finance Manager and are part of a team of around ten colleagues. Your Responsibilities: Calling customers to collect missing documents or information (such as SEPA mandates or guarantees) Actively following up on customer requests to accelerate onboarding Communicating with customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner Identifying commercial opportunities and forwarding them to Inside or Field Sales Contributing to high customer satisfaction by thinking proactively and solving problems Recording contact moments and actions in our systems Collaborating with Finance, Inside Sales, and Field Sales to provide optimal customer support
