What Youll Do

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve productrelated inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and processing warranty claims
• Provide clear and accurate product information to help customers choose the right Dyson solution
• Ensure a top-tier customer experience through excellent service and problem resolution
• Collaborate with the team to escalate complex cases when necessary
• Participate in training to enhance your skills and product knowledge

What Were Looking For

Spanish C2 (native or near-native)

English B2 (good communication)

Valid work authorization in the EU:

• EU Citizenship OR
• Full-purpose / Specific-purpose work permit card OR
• Certificate of Protection (refugee status)

Strong communication skills & customer-oriented mindset

Your Package

Salary: 1,045/month

Performance Bonus: Up to 150/month
