Role Overview: 

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our institutional brand, support marketing campaigns, and enhance student and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visual content for digital and print media including brochures, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and event materials
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing assets
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and Extra-Curricular Activity (ECA) teams to develop creative concepts
• Create motion graphics, infographics, and illustrations as needed
• Edit and retouch photographs for institutional use
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with current design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas
• Prepare final files for both print production and digital publication

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and range
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
• Experience with social media content creation
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in educational or non-profit sector design
• Familiarity with Canva or Figma for collaborative design workflows
• Basic video editing skills
