We are currently searching for an Enterprise Data Engineer / Analyst:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

  • Support and maintain enterprise data platforms, including the data warehouse, SQL Server databases, and related data pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), including stored procedures, SSIS packages, and SQL Agent jobs.
  • Support reporting and analytics solutions, including SSRS reports, SSAS cubes, and Power BI datasets and visualizations.
  • Monitor data processing, performance, and integration health; respond quickly to incidents and service requests in line with ITSM and ITIL practices.
  • Investigate and resolve data quality and reconciliation issues across source systems, including ERP, finance, and sales data.
  • Perform performance analysis and tuning for SQL Server–based workloads to ensure stability and scalability of data services.
  • Support data sourced primarily from Infor LN ERP, while integrating and troubleshooting additional datasets from SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Document data processes, issues, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing, service continuity, and continual improvement.
  • Act proactively and sustainably, being aware of environmental impacts, hazards, and risks arising from your activities, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure the production of safe packaging under Our Client's standards.

Your Profile (Requirements)

  • Proven experience supporting and maintaining enterprise data platforms, specifically Microsoft SQL Server databases and data warehouses.
  • Hands-on expertise troubleshooting ETL processes, writing stored procedures, and managing SSIS packages.
  • Experience supporting and deploying BI solutions utilizing SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles and experience reconciling data across complex enterprise systems (e.g., sales to general ledger).
  • Practical ability to perform performance analysis and tuning for SQL Server workloads.
  • High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
  • Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

  • Exposure to ERP environments and enterprise application landscapes.
  • Prior experience supporting Infor LN, SAP ECC, or SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in a service desk or shared services context.
  • Basic understanding of service desk operations and ITSM/ITIL concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
  • Advanced Spanish.
