Description

QRM Application Support Engineer needs 5-8+ years' of technical expertise with MS SQL, including strong experience reading and writing SQL queries, and working knowledge building and maintaining SSIS packages B

QRM Application Support Engineer requires:

QRM tech engineer specialized in installation of that software, troubleshoot, upgrade in AWS cloud environment;

AWS Infrastructure Batch, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, Step Functions etc.

Terraform

PowerShell scripting

MS SQL

Familiarity with analytical tools.

Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, collaborative team player, and able to work in a matrixed environment across LOBs, positive attitude, team player, self-starter.

QRM Application Support Engineer duties:

o Manage QRM product including maintenance and improvement of application performance and stability

o Interface with business and management support continuity of business and disaster recovery capabilities

o Troubleshoot new updates and upgrades with the QRM software

o Participate in Agile SCRUM team ceremonies

o Work with project or functional leads in developing use cases / scenarios, flow diagrams and performing workflow analysis

o Create documentation as necessary during all phases of the SDLC
