We enable marketers to create experiences like product recommenders, lead qualifiers, and adaptive surveys, powered by AI so that they’re personalized to each individual user. With Anagram, somebody with no technical ability can take a custom, personalized experience from idea to launch in minutes.

You’ll work directly with the CTO and other founders across our entire stack, from AI agent framework, to data integrations, to end user experience. We value raw talent and drive over resume. Your focus

• Build a cutting-edge agent platform that makes it easy for anyone to build with AI

• Architect scalable infrastructure to serve millions of personalized experiences across thousands of customer websites in real-time

• Develop a platform for intelligent insights and self-improving systems that help users understand engagement and automatically improve experiences

Ideal candidate

Must-haves:

• 2+ years of software engineering experience

• Experience building user-facing web applications

• Empathy for non-technical users and commitment to great UX

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience building AI applications with LLMs

• Experience with AI-native development workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)

• Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js, and databases

• Backend expertise with a focus on developing data-intensive applications at scale
