Description

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing end-to-end partnership operations, promo planning, campaign execution, reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and operational excellence for strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
1. Promo Planning & Campaign Management

  • Coordinate monthly promo planning with strategic partners.
  • Review promo proposals based on cost efficiency, competitiveness, and business impact.
  • Analyze historical promo performance and recommend optimization initiatives.
  • Negotiate promo cost-sharing and exposure placements with partners.
  • Prepare promo summaries and support internal approval processes.
  • Monitor featured campaigns and maintain campaign trackers.

2. Partnership Documentation & Administration

  • Prepare and manage Confirmation Letter (CL) drafts with partners & Legal
  • Manage internal signing circulation and document finalization.

3. Reconciliation & Payment Operations

  • Conduct monthly reconciliation for promo subsidy, referral fee, and voucher injection programs.
  • Validate transaction and promo usage data through internal systems.

4. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare weekly and monthly business performance updates for key partners.
  • Monitor promo performance, voucher usage, and Cost-to-GMV metrics.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Finance, Data Analyst, Legal, Operations, and external partners.
  • Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, reporting, reconciliations, and operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project coordination capabilities.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in partnership operations, business development support, or fintech/e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Redash, Excel/Google Sheets, and dashboard reporting tools is preferred.
