What would you do? Responsible for executing and validating pre-payroll activities to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. The role supports HR, Finance, and Payroll teams by managing employee data inputs, validating transactions, and ensuring all payroll elements are correctly captured prior to payroll run.
Process payroll inputs including bonuses, commissions, overtime, and adjustments
? Validate employee data and payroll transactions in systems such as Oracle, ADP
? Ensure all payroll inputs are accurately keyed and approved before payroll cut-off
? Perform payroll pre-validation checks prior to submission
? Verify employee records, pay elements, and payroll templates
? Ensure no unauthorized timesheets, pending requests, or missing deductions
? Conduct audits on payroll inputs to maintain accuracy and compliance
? Validate adherence to payroll cut-off timelines and approval workflows
Manage payroll change sheets and pay element inputs
? Upload and process payroll data in payroll systems (ADP, , Oracle)
? Maintain and reconcile payroll input files and reports
? Address employee and HRBP queries related to payroll inputs and deductions
? Coordinate with payroll, HR, and finance stakeholders for input valid? Follow SOPs, DTPs, and checklists for pre-payroll activities
