Responsibilities:

  • Customer & Category Growth: Develop and grow the customer portfolio by driving distribution, sales, key account management, and category development based on core range and NPD strategies.

  • Customer Planning & Negotiations: Define and execute annual customer plans, lead yearly negotiations, and ensure the implementation and monitoring of agreed trading conditions.

  • Assortment & Trade Marketing Execution: Manage product listings, assortment matrices, promotional grids, and ensure execution of trade marketing plans and company marketing standards.

  • Performance Management & Forecasting: Forecast monthly sales volumes, prepare sales reports, and control budgets, investments, and trade marketing spend.

  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Act as the key interface between customers and internal teams, build strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:3–5 years of professional experience in Key Account Management.

  • Key Account & Market Expertise: Strong understanding of key accounts, customers, competitors, and the professional environment.

  • Commercial & Financial Acumen: Solid knowledge of end‑to‑end sales processes (incl. marketing, finance, logistics), full understanding of customer P&L, and key financial performance indicators.

  • Analytical & Strategic Skills: Strong analytical capabilities paired with strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities and drive business decisions.

  • Communication & Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in german and english, ability to influence and manage change, resolve conflicts, and work effectively both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
