Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive – Corporate & Hospitality Projects to drive business growth by promoting water filtration systems and related solutions. This role involves active field visits, customer engagement, and developing long-term relationships within corporate and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and engage with hotels, hospitals, offices, restaurants, cafés, and corporate clients
- Identify new customers and generate business opportunities within target markets
- Promote and sell water filtration systems, hot & cold dispensers, and drinking water solutions
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and order confirmations to ensure conversion
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and technical team for seamless execution
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales activities, and customer follow-up records
- Provide after-sales support and assist in customer service coordination when required
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (field sales experience preferred)
- Experience in B2B sales, hospitality, FMCG, building materials, water solutions, electrical or plumbing products will be an added advantage
- Educational background in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related field is preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala and basic English
- Confident personality with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities
- Willingness to travel across Sri Lanka for client visits
- Valid motorcycle riding licence is preferred
- Good organizational and reporting skills
Additional Preferences
- Candidates residing in Kadawatha, Mahara, Kiribathgoda, Kelaniya, Wattala, Gampaha, Colombo, or nearby areas will have an added advantage
